Attractive studio apartment with pool near Rijeka and Krk Island These attractive studio apartments with shared pool are located close to the beach and offer guests wonderful views of the sea and the island of Krk. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and each apartment is decorated in a contemporary style with a good use of colour mixed into a tranquil and soothing setting. Being one of only 8 apartments in total, guests will be assured of a personal service from the property management.

The studio apartments are located on either the first, second or third floor (no lift). Each studio is equipped with a lounge with sofa bed, and a kitchenette containing a microwave, fridge and sink. There is a separate shower room. Doors from the lounge open out onto a sea facing balcony. The price includes a complimentary breakfast basket with fresh rolls, butter, jam and seasonal fruit. Guests staying at the property also have use of the heated outdoor pool which also functions as an indoor pool during the cooler months. There is an on site tennis court where prices range from Euros 10 - Euros 15 per hour (bookings taken at reception) and a kids play area (not supervised). There are approximately 450 steps down to the beach which is equipped with sun loungers. The large outdoor onsite BBQ is for guest use and a member of staff will help you with the meal preparation. Boat mooring is available at no additional charge.
In view of the activities on offer the property would suit a couple looking to enjoy sporting / recreational activities during their stay. There are restaurants within walking distance of the property in the village of Jadranovo. Places of interest within easy access of the property include Krk and Rab islands and Istria. Excursions to the Plitvice Lakes and a Venice day trip are also possibilities.
