Croatia is the sum of the different parameters considered the cheapest country for tourists in the Mediterranean region.

Hotels in Croatia in the issue price is not very different from their competitors in other countries. However, according to a survey conducted by the Institute of Tourism in Zagreb, the general level of prices for goods and services purchased by most tourists in Croatia are lower than those of competitors.

We took into account factors such as transport, restaurants, cultural offerings, hotels, as well as cigarettes, alcohol and souvenirs.

The result was that in Croatia, an average of 1% cheaper than the rest, than in Spain, 2% cheaper than in Turkey and Malta to 10% cheaper than in Greece, and 26% cheaper than in France.

However, the researchers point out that the diversity of entertainment in Croatia is less than the competition, according to Croatian Times.
